Will a solar Pump rain barrel setup work for low pressure?

Running a wind powered pump to fill my 2 stock tanks but the pressure drops to much for my drip system. Saw a solar pump rain barrel setup at an expo and wondering if it could keep steady flow without needing electricity. Any advice

one tip for you, for steady pressure without direct sunlight, you'll absolutely need a battery bank to store solar energy, and a charge controller to manage charging the batteries from the solar panel. This allows the pump to run consistently even on cloudy days or after dark
