Windmill tower base measurements

Saw some one shared a formula relating tower height to the distance between its legs somewhere on social media, hoping he's here or does anybody else know the formula? I'd appreciate it much if you can drop it down here
 
I've seen that shared too, it might be what's used for self-supporting towers, it us=sually involves height, leg spread, and base angle, I'll check my notes and drop the formula if I find it.
 
I helped a friend put together a small windmill tower last year, and we followed a pretty straightforward guideline, the base width should be about a third of the tower's height to keep it stable. For example, if the tower is 15 feet tall, you'd want a leg spread of around 5 feet. It's not perfectly precise, but it's been effective for builds in the backyard.
